Staff Requirements & Job Descriptions
Unfortunately, we cannot regularly employ youth under the age of 16. We do have a program for Scouts ages 14-15 to get a behind the scenes look at Camp Programs and training in instructional leadership so that they can be prepared to work as camp staff.
If you or your 14-15 year old Scout are interested in camp opportunities, please refer to our Counselor in Training (CIT) program.
Merit Badge Counselor – Our traditional staff role for Scouts aged 16+ , this should be the role that most youth aged 16-17 should apply for.
Program area Directors and Camp Admin roles are 21+ in most cases, but some areas allow 18+.
