Why is Summer Camp important?

Cub Scout Summer Camp is where the best parts of Scouting come to life. It’s a time for Packs and Dens to grow stronger through shared adventures like campfires, hikes, crafts, and laughter. Families get a chance to step away from busy schedules and connect in a place built for discovery and fun. These moments at camp build memories that last far beyond the summer.

All Cub Scouts are welcome, and if your Den or Pack is not attending, please register as a family. The Cub Scouts will be in groups based on their rank as they complete Adventures.

“Camp Raymond was an incredible experience! From canoeing and kayaking to archery, slingshot, and BB shooting, there were so many fun activities to enjoy. The location was beautiful, and the hiking was just as amazing!”- Shannon Borrego, Cub Scout Leader, 2025

Cub Raymond Adventure Camp

Adventure Camp offers a specialized program to provide Cub Scouts with opportunities to achieve advancements, experience the great outdoors, and go camping in the beautiful pine forest at Camp Raymond. Adventure Camp provides families the chance to get away from their busy day to day lives and experience all that the outdoors has to offer. Camp Raymond is equipped with scenic flat campsites, running water, shelters, and latrines. All meals are served in our state-of-the-art dining hall.

All Cub Scouts are welcome to attend with their Den, Pack, or their family. If the Den and Pack cannot attend, please register for camp with your parent/guardian. The Cub Scouts will attend some activities by rank to work on advancement.

All Cub Scouts must be supervised at all times. Please see the Cub Scout Adventure Parent’s Guide for more information on specific supervision requirements.
